We have air-conditioned cars with English speaking drivers. If you would like to be met at the airport please let us know your flight number and arrival time and we'll be happy to send a driver to meet you. We can also arrange pick-ups from other parts of Bali and can drive you to your next destination after leaving our hotel.

Our airport pick-up price for one or two passengers with a reasonable
amount of luggage is US $35. Our cars are more spacious and comfortable than regular airport taxis and also cost less.

Rates are in US Dollars and exclusive of 17% taxes.
A minimum stay of 7 (seven) nights is required during the peak season.
Rates are inclusive of airport transfers, welcome kit and daily American Breakfast.

PAYMENT TERMS
	A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
	The deposit may be paid by TT to PT. RAJA ANGGREK TOUR & TRAVEL, USD LIPPO CAPEM SANUR – Denpasar - Bali, SWIFT CODE : BRI NIDJA, A/C #00000368-02-000011-30-8 and IDR Account paid TT: PT. RAJA ANGGREK TOURS & TRAVEL, LIPPO CAPEM SANUR – BALI, SWIFT CODE: LIPBIDJA, A/C # 349-30-00037-0 or by Credit Card Guarantee.
	Please fax a copy of the proof of transfer to +62-361 463-633, Attn. : Resident Director.
	Transfers fee is borne by the customers.
	Transfers fee is borne to customers. Credit Card Guarantee can be done by faxing a copy of both sides of the credit card (VISA/MASTER) as well as a copy of your passport to +62-361 463-633 Attn. General Manager. Please write down clearly the expiry date of the credit card.
	Credit Card will be charged for no show only.
	Balance of payment is due upon check in and can be made in USD Cash or VISA/MASTER or Travellers Cheques.
	Conversion rate for Credit Card payment will be based on the applicable exchange rate on the date of the transaction.

CANCELLATION POLICY
	The deposit is not refundable for cancellation less than 1 (one) week.
	For cancellation less than 2 (two) weeks before arrival no refund is payable unless we get a replacement booking for the same period in which case 50% of the deposit will be returned less administration costs.
