Terms and Conditions

• A 50% deposit is required to confirm the booking and must be paid at least 2 weeks prior to arrival.
• The deposit may be paid by TT to:

• Please fax a copy of the proof of transfer to +62-361 463-633, Attn. : Resident Director.
• Transfers fee is borne by the customers.
• Transfers fee is borne to customers. Credit Card Guarantee can be done by faxing a copy of both sides of the credit card (VISA/MASTER) as well as a copy of your passport to +62-361 463-633 Attn. General Manager. Please write down clearly the expiry date of the credit card.
• Credit Card will be charged for no show only.
• Balance of payment is due upon check in and can be made in USD Cash or VISA/MASTER or Travellers Cheques.
• Conversion rate for Credit Card payment will be based on the applicable exchange rate on the date of the transaction.

• The deposit is not refundable for cancellation less than 1 (one) week.
• For cancellation less than 2 (two) weeks before arrival no refund is payable unless we get a replacement booking for the same period in which case 50% of the deposit will be returned less administration costs.
